From Giglio Island to Lampedusa

Italy has many beautiful islands that surround it like little pearls. Each has its own characteristics, but all are small paradises.

At the Giglio Island, part of Tuscany, in addition to enjoying the sea you can go shopping and experience a lively nightlife. Further south there are the Ponziane Islands, also called Pontine, with Ponza and its rugged coastline alternated by small beaches. Continuing along the coast we come accross Ischia and Capri, muses of artists and delight of visitors, famous throughout the world. At Ischia, thermal waters are known since antiquity, and are now used in many spas, swimming pools, bauty center and hammam. In Capri you can admire the Faraglioni rocks and the Grotta Azzurra, famous all over the world thanks to their unique beauty.

And here we are in Sicily, where we find, among many others, the Aeolian Islands: Salina, Panarea, Lipari, Vulcano, Filicudi, Alicudi and Ustica, and in the far West, the Egadi Islands; than the islands of Pantelleria and Lampedusa in the South… and the list could go on… and the sea is the backdrop to these natural beauties that make Italy even more magical ;-)

Been to Europe, but haven’t got a chance to visit this place. Looks like I found a new place where I could have my vacation. Thanks!
